Simple steps to protect your URLPixel account

  • • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • • Keep your API keys private and secure
  • • Log out from shared computers
  • • Regularly review your account activity
  • • Update your email if it changes
  • • Use secure payment methods

Common account issues

I forgot my password

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send you a reset link to your email address within a few minutes.

I can't access my account

Try resetting your password first. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache, try incognito mode, or contact support with your email address.

I want to change my email address

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Profile and update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account and look for 'Delete Account'. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.

Can I recover deleted screenshots?

Unfortunately, deleted screenshots cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting important screenshots regularly as a backup.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Billing to change your subscription plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.

I'm not receiving email notifications

Check your spam folder, verify your email address is correct, and check notification settings in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.

My payment failed

Check your payment method details, ensure sufficient funds, and try again. Contact your bank if issues persist, or update your payment method.
